Shipping Policy

Cheuk's Wellness & TCM — including our Vital Duo botanical range

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, the same day. During busy periods there may be short delays, but we'll always do our best to get your order out promptly.

Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.

UK mainland delivery

• Orders over £50 — free next-day delivery (Monday to Friday), sent via Royal Mail
• Orders under £50 — £6.50 via Royal Mail

A note on natural products

Our herbal products and chocolate are crafted from natural botanicals and packed carefully before dispatch. Chocolate may occasionally arrive marked from transit; herbal products may show minor natural variation. Neither affects quality — but if anything arrives damaged or not as expected, photograph it and email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement. • 購物滿 £50 — 免費次日送達（星期一至五），以 Royal Mail 寄出
• 未滿 £50 — 運費 £6.50（Royal Mail）

出貨前我們會確保產品優質齊全。中藥產品乃天然草本，或有少量自然差異；朱古力在運送途中或有輕微碰痕，均不影響品質。如收貨後發現產品有嚴重問題，請拍下照片並於收貨 7 天內電郵至 info@cheukstcm.org 聯絡我們，我們會立即安排退換。
