Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day.

During busy periods there can be delays but we will always do our best to get it out the same day.

UK Mainland Delivery

Free next-day delivery Monday - Friday for orders over £50.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 by default, but for an extra £3.96 we can send using DPD Next Day.

Your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

If your order is under £50, we charge:

- £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next-day service)

- £7.95 for DPD Next Day

我們會在收妥貨款後馬上安排送貨，一般地區會於兩個工作天內送到府上（或貴公司）。但注意偏遠地區可能會有所延誤甚至無法送遞，屆時 Cheuk's Traditional Chinese Medicine 會有專人聯絡閣下以作安排。

<醫師教室>會於出貨前確保產品優質及齊全，若果發現產品嚴重蟲蛀或發霉，敬請拍下照片並於收貨 7 天內聯絡我們，我們會立即安排退換產品。

＊由於中藥材乃天然草本植物，有少量蟲蛀仍屬正常

＊＊運送途中有機會因碰撞而導致產品震碎，但這並不會影響湯料效果，敬請體諒。
