What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit includes a thorough consultation covering your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns, followed by your first treatment. Appointments typically run 60–75 minutes in total.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Most patients feel little to nothing beyond a brief, dull sensation as the needle is placed. Many find the experience deeply relaxing — it's common to feel sleepy or fully unwind during treatment.

Can I have acupuncture while pregnant?
